    Description

    This is an in-person opportunity.

Over the last two years, Triceratops Tech has built our volunteer program from the ground up, and it's now at the scale that we'd like to spend some time formalizing our processes and tracking it a little more closely.

We are looking for people interested in taking on the role of volunteer manager on our small but highly engaged team. Some goals include:

    • keeping in touch with volunteers who haven't been seen in a while
    • integrating volunteer tracking with our CRM (CiviCRM)
    • tracking volunteer hours and categories (expertise levels, focus areas, event types, etc.)
    • managing new volunteer intakes
    • setting up recurring social events for volunteers
    • coordinating with fellow nonprofit partners to set up and maintain volunteer opportunities

We have about 50 volunteers on our list. 10-20 of them are seen regularly. Examples of things a volunteer might work on include digital skills training, drop-in technology support, and more advanced tech work for non-profit partners.

If you're interested in being a volunteer manager, let's set up a time to get to know each other, talk through our existing processes, and see how we might work together.
