    Volunteer Human Resources Director Assistant (Virtual/Online)

    We are seeking a passionate and experienced Human Resources Director assistant to join our team at Outdoor Life Leadership. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of empowering young men through outdoor leadership, survival skills, and personal development. The Human Resources Director assistant will play a key role in overseeing volunteer management, supporting recruitment efforts, and fostering a positive and effective volunteer culture.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Assist in overseeing recruitment and onboarding of volunteers.
    • Assist in developing and implement volunteer training programs.
    • Assist in ensuring a positive and productive volunteer experience.
    • Assist in providing guidance and support to volunteer teams, ensuring alignment with program goals.
    • Assist in managing volunteer records and maintain communication regarding upcoming opportunities.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Proven experience in human resources or volunteer management.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
    • Passion for youth development, outdoor activities, and community engagement.
    • Ability to work remotely and commit to 5-10 hours per week.
