Description
Our House needs active maintenance volunteers who are willing to tackle a variety of odd jobs and lend a hand where needed. Like any house, the Cleveland Ronald McDonald House needs constant upkeep, cleaning, repair, and organization. Considering that our 53 room House welcomes over 1,300 families each year, our maintenance needs are multiplied.
Required tasks may include
·Assisting with guest room repairs and general maintenance.
·Helping with House duties. (For example, janitorial and organizing/transporting household donations.)
·Performing outdoor maintenance.
·Using House vehicles for pickups or deliveries, possibly including shuttle service in future.
Skills needed
·Knowledge of basic maintenance.
·Ability to work safely and effectively.
·Ability to lift and carry heavier objects.
1 shift available:
- Wednesday: 09:00 to 12:00 EST
