    Description

    Overview:

    Join the Post Adoption Resource Center (PARC) as an Administrative Volunteer and play a key role in supporting behind-the-scenes efforts that help serve families in 13 counties in southern MI. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys organization, working with data, and contributing to meaningful work in a supportive office environment.

    Schedule: Ongoing/recurring. A minimum of 2-4 hours per week is preferred, with flexibility for additional hours.

    Volunteer Responsibilities:

    ·Assist with entering and verifying data for state and agency reporting.

    ·Track and monitor internal spreadsheets.

    ·Work with reports and other administrative tools.

    ·Create resource sheets and other materials for families.

    ·Take on additional administrative projects as needed.

    Ideal Qualifications:

    ·Prior administrative experience is a preferred.

    ·Strong attention to detail.

    ·Comfortable using computers and software tools.

    ·Reliable and organized.
