This is an opportunity for people based near Olympia, WA.

Our organization has grown a lot this year, and we're looking for volunteers who are interested in doing fundraising and development work with a small but highly motivated team. We've received a few small grants and want to turn some attention toward engaging our base of local supporters, including small businesses, volunteers, and individual donors.

Volunteers in this category will report to our Community Engagement Manager Holly Wetzel, who can be reached at holly@triceratops-tech.com. This position is primarily available in-person, though tasks can be done virtually as needed.

    Some goals include:

    • Growing our contact list for our newsletter and strengthening our base of supporters
    • Developing a donor engagement strategy
    • Planning our next (small) event
    • Soliciting end-of-year charitable donations from local businesses
    • Administrative assistance and coordination
    • Building and maintaining connections with local nonprofits and businesses
