    Volunteer to Lead Outings to NYC Cultural Activities & Festivities!

    Join us as a volunteer outing leader and guide small groups of HI NYC visitors to exciting free/affordable cultural events and celebrations across New York City; like festivals, parades, museum nights, and more! Volunteers help with simple logistics, ensure everyone feels welcome, and share in the fun of exploring NYC’s vibrant culture. The commitment is just twice a month through August at the latest, and we provide all the support you need. It’s a meaningful, low-pressure way to give back and show visitors the city while expereinces it yourself as well experience the city.

    • Outdoor festivals celebrating cultural heritage
    • Live music or dance performances
    • Museum or gallery nights
    • Community food and arts events
    • Cultural neighborhood explorations
    • Seasonal or holiday-themed celebrations

    HI USA is 501(c)(3) non-profit education association. Our purpose is to "Inspire a deeper understanding of people places and cultures for a more tolerant world." As a non-profit, the revenues we receive through overnight stays and memberships is reinvested in mission delivery.
