    Description

    Adaptive Fitness Class -Volunteer - Stillwater

    Volunteers assist our fitness instructor with an energetic group of teens and young adults with disabilities who work out together on their wellness goals. Held in our adaptive fitness center where our clients use our cardiovascular machines, strength training equipment, balance tools and more!!

    Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including face masks and eye shields are provided.
