    [Virtual] Legal Director

    Are you interested in policy law? Do you have knowledge of the legal proceedings of organizations? If so, apply to become the Director of Policy for Share The Language. We are looked for a dedicated volunteer who is well-versed in the legal system and policies.

    ! Must know about the applications regarding 501(c)(3) exemption requirements and legal bylaws for non-profit organizations !

    Responsibilities include:

    • Maintaing the legal documents of the organization
    • Helping the Executive Director apply for 501(c)(3) exemption
    • Writing organization bylaws
