    Description

    Join Empowered Futures as a Program Development Lead - Special Projects (Workshops) and drive the creation, delivery, and evaluation of innovative pilot initiatives within the EF Connect mentorship ecosystem. In this role, you’ll lead workshops, facilitate group learning experiences, and act as the primary contact for experimental mentorship formats that push the boundaries of how we connect and empower emerging adults.

    This position is perfect for someone who thrives on creativity, program innovation, and collaborative leadership. You will oversee workshop planning from concept to evaluation, ensuring every session aligns with EF’s mission of fostering personal growth, emotional intelligence, and lifelong mentorship connections.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the design, scheduling, and delivery of workshops and pilot program formats.

    • Collaborate with Program Development Leads, Workshop Facilitators, and Program Coordinators to ensure smooth execution.

    • Develop clear agendas, learning objectives, and facilitation guides for each workshop.

    • Oversee participant recruitment, communication, and follow-up.

    • Evaluate the effectiveness of workshops through participant feedback and data analysis.

    • Identify opportunities to scale successful pilots into ongoing program offerings.

    • Maintain clear documentation of workshop materials, outcomes, and lessons learned.

    • Serve as a primary point of contact for Special Projects within the EF Connect ecosystem.

    • Attend monthly, bi-weekly, weekly meetings as required.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience in program development, event coordination, or workshop facilitation.

    • Post-secondary education or coursework in education, program development, social sciences, communications, or a related field.

    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Creative problem solver with a passion for piloting new ideas.

    • Comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.

    • Passionate about mentorship, youth development, and innovative learning formats.
