Location: Remote from the U.S. (with potential mission trips to Peru and Latin America)
Duration: Ongoing
Languages required: Native or fluent English + Intermediate/Advanced Spanish
Are you a young Christian ready to change lives?
Misión Renacer is a Christian organization devoted to transforming the lives of children living in extreme poverty through love, faith, and compassionate action. We're recruiting 10 passionate leaders in the U.S. to coordinate development and fundraising campaigns. You'll be part of a spiritual and social mission with international impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement donor engagement and fundraising campaigns from the U.S.
- Invite, inspire, and recruit donors to sponsor vulnerable children and communities.
- Collaborate with partner agencies and strategic allies.
- Create content aligned with Misión Renacer’s vision and values.
- Present impact reports to donors and key stakeholders.
- Support the implementation of digital tools (CRMs, email marketing, etc.).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Practicing evangelical or Catholic Christian.
- Mission-driven, service-oriented, and deeply compassionate.
- Experience in fundraising or digital marketing (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong emotional connection to humanitarian and faith-based causes.
- Native/fluent English + intermediate to advanced Spanish.
- Strategic thinking, creativity, and self-direction.
Work Modality & Perks
- Flexible, remote work environment.
- Mission trips to Peru or Latin America (travel expenses covered).

Compensation
Choose your path according to your availability and commitment:
- Option A: Volunteer-based + performance bonuses + missionary experiences.
- Option B: Monthly performance-based honorariums.
