    Description

Love fun events? Event volunteers needed to support homeless animals!

We need animal lovers like you to help us in our mission to safeguard, rescue, heal, adopt and advocate for animals while inspiring community action and compassion. At BARCS, volunteers are more than just a tremendous help to our mission--they are our lifeline and our family.

BARCS is always holding fun events to help raise funds for our animal residents and help get animals adopted! A few of our fun events as examples:

    • Pours for Paws
    • Poorly Drawn Pet Portraits
    • BARCS Crawl
    • BARCS Crab Feast
    • BARCS Bingo
    • Paws at the Pointe Golf Tournament
    • BARCStoberfest
    • Dog Wedding
    • Petco Pop-Ups
    • Kitten Shower
    • and so many more!

We need volunteers who can help with nearly everything at our events (depending on the individual event): setup and teardown, registration/sign in, event prep, t-shirt/merch sales, and more! We're also looking at potentially adding an occasional Saturday booth at a Farmer's Market but would need volunteers to assist in set-up, running the booth, selling merch, and talking about our programs.
