About IM3:20

IM3:20 (Immeasurably More 3:20) is a Christian nonprofit dedicated to helping people navigate faith, healing, and identity in a broken world. Through our online platforms, podcast (Not Yet Christian), and IM3:20 mobile app, we provide mental health resources, spiritual encouragement, and community support to individuals who feel lost, stuck, or disconnected from God and themselves.

We believe that God can do immeasurably more than we ask or imagine (Ephesians 3:20)-and that includes healing from trauma, finding purpose, and rediscovering hope. Whether someone is deconstructing their faith or just starting to ask bigger questions, IM3:20 exists to meet them with grace, truth, and practical tools.

Who We're Looking For

We’re seeking a proactive and organized Volunteer Admin Assistant to help us manage operations, communications, and day-to-day support for our growing team and mission.

This person will help us stay on track, coordinate moving pieces across digital projects (like our mental health app, podcast, and social media), and assist in volunteer engagement-playing a key behind-the-scenes role in something with real impact.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules, project timelines, and task management using various tools

• Assist with volunteer management (communication, onboarding, follow-up)

• Support the Not Yet Christian podcast (episode planning, guest scheduling, outreach emails)

• Help update app resources (links, categories, descriptions) and organize feedback from users

• Manage and respond to basic emails (Gmail, Forms, etc)

• Organize and maintain internal docs (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc)

• Create simple reports or summaries from meetings or user data

• Optional: assist with copywriting or light design for social posts, emails, or website updates

Skills You’ll Use or Learn

• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar)

• Project tools (Misc Software)

• Basic content editing for websites or apps

• Christian nonprofit operations

• Organization, leadership, and compassion

Remote or Hybrid Opportunity

This opportunity is virtual and flexible, 80% remote but may need to meet a few times for onboarding and collaboration.

The Impact

You’ll be helping people get access to mental health support, prayer resources, and faith-based community through our app and outreach platforms. Whether it’s a struggling teen discovering a mental health tool, or someone on the fence about faith finding our podcast-your work will be a key part of the ministry behind the scenes.
