    Description

    We are seeking compassionate and creative volunteers to lead arts and crafts workshops for senior residents in our community. Many of our residents are low-income and deeply value opportunities for creative expression, learning, and connection.

    About the Role

    As a volunteer instructor, you’ll share your artistic skills-whether in painting, knitting, ceramics, jewelry-making, or other crafts-in a welcoming, supportive environment. Workshops can be one-time sessions or part of an ongoing series, depending on your availability.

    Ideal Volunteers Will:Teach

    * Have experience in a creative craft or art form

    * Be patient, friendly, and comfortable working with older adults

    * Be willing to keep costs low or donate time/materials

    * Enjoy making a positive impact through creativity
