    Law School & Pre-Law Student Internship for Largest International Org to End Sexual Violence

    Are you looking for an legal internship with flexible hours and customized mentoring designed to meet your skill set and interests? Become a Take Back The Night Justice Volunteer or Intern.

    Every semester, our Associate Director provides 1:1 mentoring for 5 interns based on long- and short-term internship goals that are developed together.

    Take Back The Night Justice Volunteer/Intern Opportunities:

    1. Working directly with the Take Back The Night Legal Team (lawyers specializing in sexual violence cases)
    2. Research and outreach to national, state, and local resource providers to increase visibility of the National Sexual Asasult Legal Hotline
    3. Research and outreach to Law Schools across the U.S. to create Take Back The Night Chapters
    4. Research and outreach to Law Firms across the U.S. about joining the Take Back The Night Legal Team
    5. Research and writing support for Legal Cases alongside Katie Koestner

    Interests and skills are paired with current roles and goals to ensure that each intern makes the most of their semester.

    TBTNF can meet school requirements for an internship or provide learning to students who are simply looking for a unique experience outside of school credit.

    About TBTN: We have been serving 3000+ colleges and other advocacy groups for 50+ years.

    We provide support for survivors of sexual assault and work to end sexual violence for all people globally.

    Volunteers Receive: 1:1 mentoring from the TBTN Associate Director. Training on communication skills and outreach techniques to build confidence and success.

    Minimum: 10 hrs/wk for volunteer role; 20 hrs/wk for internship.

    Verification: Upon successful completion of hours.
