    Description

    Role Summary:

    The Crypto Director will lead strategic efforts around cryptocurrency fundraising, blockchain innovation, and Web3 partnerships. This role requires a deep understanding of crypto markets, donor communities, and the potential of blockchain to enhance nonprofit impact.

    Reporting Manager: Founder/Director of FutureTech Foundation

    Key Responsibliities:

    Design and execute organization-wide crypto fundraising strategies.

    Engage with crypto philanthropists, DAOs, and NFT communities.

    Lead partnerships with blockchain companies and oversee token-based fundraising initiatives.

    Explore and pilot blockchain-based transparency tools and smart contracts.Represent the organization in crypto events and thought leadership opportunities.

    Required skills &Qualifications:

    5+ years in blockchain, crypto fundraising, or fintech strategy.

    Strong background in donor relations and nonprofit fundraising.

    Deep understanding of Web3, NFTs, DAOs, and DeFi applications.Proven leadership and strategic planning skills.

    Knowledge of AML, KYC, and IRS crypto donation compliance.Preferred:

    Experience building or scaling crypto programs in mission-driven organizations.

    Track record of public speaking or publishing in the crypto space.
