Opportunity Overview:

We’re looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our mission-driven volunteer team. In this role, you’ll help recruit the right people into the right roles—ensuring that our organization continues to grow with integrity and purpose. If you're passionate about people, purpose, and justice, this is a meaningful opportunity to use your skills to make a difference.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team leads to understand volunteer needs
• Create and manage volunteer job postings on Idealist and other platforms
• Screen applicants and coordinate interviews
• Enhance our onboarding experience for new volunteers
• Maintain volunteer records and documentation
• Represent One Bread with professionalism, empathy, and care

Qualifications:

• Background in talent acquisition, recruiting, or human resources
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passionate about the mission of ending child sex trafficking
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks remotely
• Previous nonprofit or volunteer management experience a plus
