    Welcome Center Host

    Hospitality House of Tulsa provides a home away from home for families traveling to Tulsa due to a medical crisis. We provide lodging, meals, assistance with laundry, transportation, and prayer support to families that have a loved one in the hospital. The Welcome Center Host volunteer plays a key role in helping the guests feel welcomed in and as comfortable as possible during a difficult season of their life.

    Welcome Center Host duties include:

    • Assisting staff with daily activities in the Welcome Center, greeting guests at check-in, delivering meals, laundry, answering phones, routine apartment checks, housekeeping, office work, mailings, writing prayer cards, and more. Daily volunteer activities depend on the volunteer’s personal preference, skills and talents.
    • Shift are flexible and normally are scheduled in 2-3 hours increments (i.e. 9-11, 12-3, etc) Volunteer Opportunities are available Monday - Sunday.

    4 shifts available:

    • 10:00 to 12:00 CST
    • 11:00 to 13:00 CST
    • 13:00 to 15:00 CST
    • 14:00 to 16:00 CST
