Do you dream of making a difference in the lives of women? Do you thrive in leading a team? If you're driven by compassion and motivated by making a difference, this opportunity is custom-designed for you.

Join New Life Serenity Center as the Legal Integrity Branch Leader:

New Life Serenity Center believes that empowering women will transform communities. We are looking for a dedicated Legal Integrity Branch Leader to cultivate the development of our program. Our core program is intended to meet women and give them concrete tools to enable their future success. This is a flexible 5-10 hour per week role, where you'll collaborate closely with our Executive Director to create lasting change.

    Your Impactful Role:

As the Legal Integrity Program Leader, you will lead a small team of volunteers who serve as mentors for program members. Your mentoring experience and supportive nature will be essential to nurturing the growth and success of the women in our program. Your primary responsibilities will include:

    • Inspiring Leadership: Motivate and guide our team of mentors, fostering a positive and empowering environment for program participants.
    • Leading by Example: Serve as a mentor yourself, sharing your expertise and experience to uplift the women in our program.
    • Supporting Volunteers: Regularly check in with program volunteers, providing encouragement and offering assistance where needed.
    • Legal Knowledge: If you have experience in legal matters, legal aid, or advocacy, we'd love to leverage your knowledge to help our participants understand and navigate their legal rights and responsibilities.
    • Emotional Intelligence: Utilize your high emotional intelligence and empathy to connect with program members, understanding their unique needs and challenges.

    Key Responsibilities:

As a Branch Leader, you will contribute valuable insights that help shape our programs and initiatives. Your primary responsibilities will include:

    • Collaborating with team members to outline project objectives and develop strategic plans for program implementation.
    • Identifying best practices and innovative approaches from successful organizations to inform our program development.
    • Participating in team meetings to discuss research progress and align strategies with organizational goals.

    Role Requirements:

    • Background in leadership, law, and/or mentorship.
    • Availability during EST office hours for virtual meetings and collaboration.
    • A high level of confidentiality and respect for sensitive information.

    What We Offer:

    • Training: You will receive 3-5 hours of initial training to prepare you for your research role and familiarize you with our mission and objectives. Mentorship, training, and check-ins to support your on-going success.
    • Supportive Community: Join a compassionate and committed team that is dedicated to uplifting others.
    • Make a Difference: Be part of a transformative non-profit organization actively changing our community's lives.

Why You're Perfect for This Role:

You are not just seeking a volunteer role; you're seeking a meaningful purpose. You believe in the potential of empowerment for every individual. Your passion for supporting others and your unwavering dedication to lifting women up will make you an exceptional Program Manager.
