    Bridgeport Patient/Caregiver Companionship Volunteer

    Patient visitation, life review, discuss hobbies & interests, current events, read or sing to patient, accompany patient outside if appropriate, companionship & socialization, may sit with patient while caregiver gets out of the house--no hands on care, monitor & report progress to hospice team.
