Key Responsibilities

• Design automation processes to reduce manual data entry and improve reporting accuracy.
• Collaborate with staff and volunteers to understand operational challenges and propose effective solutions.
• Create clear documentation and provide training sessions for staff to ensure sustainability of solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support for ongoing improvements.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM administration and integration tools (e.g., Zapier, MuleSoft, Workato, or native Salesforce connectors).
• Experience in data migration, API integrations, and workflow automation.
• Familiarity with nonprofit use cases such as donor management, volunteer tracking, and event registration.
• Proficiency in customizing Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, and reports.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate organizational needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with both technical and non-technical team members.
• Previous experience in a nonprofit environment is a plus but not required.

Requirements

• Access to a computer with reliable internet.
• Availability to commit at least 5–10 hours per week.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and provide progress updates.
• Willingness to collaborate with staff across different time zones if applicable.
