Key Responsibilities
- Analyze our current Salesforce setup and identify opportunities for integration with tools such as Mailchimp, Eventbrite, QuickBooks, and Google Workspace.
- Configure, customize, and maintain integrations to ensure seamless data flow between systems.
- Design automation processes to reduce manual data entry and improve reporting accuracy.
- Collaborate with staff and volunteers to understand operational challenges and propose effective solutions.
- Create clear documentation and provide training sessions for staff to ensure sustainability of solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support for ongoing improvements.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM administration and integration tools (e.g., Zapier, MuleSoft, Workato, or native Salesforce connectors).
- Experience in data migration, API integrations, and workflow automation.
- Familiarity with nonprofit use cases such as donor management, volunteer tracking, and event registration.
- Proficiency in customizing Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, and reports.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate organizational needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with both technical and non-technical team members.
- Previous experience in a nonprofit environment is a plus but not required.

- Access to a computer with reliable internet.
- Availability to commit at least 5–10 hours per week.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and provide progress updates.
