    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team and play a vital role in sourcing, attracting, and retaining top technical talent to support our mission. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical recruiting, a passion for making a positive social impact, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top-tier technical talent, including software developers, designers, project managers, and other relevant roles.
    • Partner closely with hiring managers and project teams to understand staffing needs and requirements for various projects supporting local non-profits.
    • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals, to build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates.
    • Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with project requirements.
    • Coordinate and facilitate interviews, technical assessments, and other evaluation processes to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
    • Act as a brand ambassador for Digital Aid Seattle, promoting our mission and values to potential candidates and external partners.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in technical recruitment, and incorporate relevant insights into recruitment strategies and processes.
