International Bible Distribution Officer

BluShues Inc. is a non-profit organization, and ministry, dedicated to distributing free Bibles

and fostering a relationship with Jesus Christ. Our mission is to make the Word of God

accessible to everyone, both locally and internationally. We believe in the transformative

power of Volunteers who share our passion for spreading the message of hope and faith.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive international Bible distribution plans, aligning with the

organization's overall strategic objectives

• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with local churches, ministries, and non-profit

organizations in target regions to facilitate Bible distribution

• Monitor and report on the progress of international Bible distribution initiatives, including

tracking reach, impact, and compliance with grant or donor requirements

• Attention to detail and accuracy in project management and reporting
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently

international partners

• Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing global trends and requirements

Integrity and ethical conduct in all Bible distribution-related activities

Qualifications and Competencies:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as international development, supply

chain management, or non-profit administration preffered but not required

• Relevant experience in international program management, logistics, or

Bible/religious materials distribution

• Demonstrated success in establishing and managing partnerships with

international organizations and stakeholders

• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to

navigate complex logistical challenges

• Proficient in relevant software tools for project planning, budget management,

and data analysis

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to

effectively present information to diverse audiences

• Fluency in English, and proficiency in one or more additional languages relevant

to the organization's target regions
