    Description

    Advisory Board Member (Volunteer Role)

    People’s Empowerment PAC (PEPAC)

    Job Summary:

The People’s Empowerment PAC (PEPAC) is a membership-based political action committee designed to build independent political and economic power for marginalized communities—especially those who have been consistently used, ignored, and exploited by the political establishment.

Our Advisory Board plays a vital role in this work: shaping endorsement decisions, advising our strategic direction, and connecting us to trusted grassroots networks. This is a volunteer leadership role for individuals or organizations ready to challenge the status quo and help grow a movement funded by real people—not corporations or insiders.

    About PEPAC’s Membership Model

PEPAC is funded by everyday people who contribute $10/month to build political power in their own communities. In return, members receive:

    • Access to a private discount platform with significant savings on hotels, flights, car rentals, and entertainment
    • Entry into exclusive giveaways, including luxury travel and lifestyle prizes
    • Invitations to civic events hosted or sponsored by PEPAC
    • Notifications about endorsed candidates and updates on our political impact
    • The satisfaction of knowing their dues are directly funding people-powered campaigns

Our goal is to make political engagement valuable and rewarding—not just performative.

    • Responsibilities: Vote on PEPAC’s candidate endorsements for local, state, and federal races
    • Provide guidance to the Board of Directors on political strategy, organizing, and outreach
    • Connect PEPAC to aligned communities, networks, and institutions
    • Champion our model of member-funded, community-driven political action
    • Act as a thought leader and movement builder within your sphere of influence
    • Qualifications: Proven commitment to empowering marginalized communities
    • Experience in at least one of the following: organizing, advocacy, nonprofit leadership, business ownership, civic engagement, or cultural leadership
    • Must either:
    • Enroll at least 100 new dues-paying members into PEPAC from your network or organization, or
    • Contribute $10,000/year to support PEPAC’s organizing, events, and independent expenditures
    • Willingness to speak truth to power—even when it’s uncomfortable
    • Strong written or verbal communication skills
    • Open to applicants nationwide—no geographic restrictions

    What’s In It For You

As a PEPAC Advisory Board Member, you’ll:

    • Help build the next generation of independent political power—on your terms
    • Gain early access to endorsement strategy and campaign intelligence
    • Elevate your profile (or your organization’s) as a leader in movement politics
    • Receive invitations to exclusive strategy sessions, events, and private convenings
    • Be part of a political force that answers to the people—not donors or party gatekeepers

This is not a figurehead role. It’s a chance to shape the future—and be remembered for it.
