As the EMPOWER Lead, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero who helps make our wellness and support programming run smoothly. From setting up events to capturing meaningful moments, your leadership helps create a space where guests feel truly cared for.

    What You’ll Do:

    • Ensure signage is displayed properly at events
    • Maintain a list of ACS EMPOWER supply needs for the Hope Lodge manager
    • Take photos during events (with proper waivers) to help share the story
    • Check in guests and distribute surveys
    • Assist with basic reporting and metrics
    Time Commitment:
    • Minimum 1-year commitment
    • 8-15 hours/week, mostly Monday-Friday
    • Occasional evenings/weekends for special events
    Why It Matters:

Your leadership helps create a welcoming, supportive environment where cancer patients and caregivers can connect, heal, and feel empowered. Every detail you manage helps brighten someone’s day.

    • Reliable, compassionate, and service-oriented
    • A great communicator and multitasker
    • Comfortable leading logistics and working with diverse teams
