    Description

    Project Manager Nature Counter

    The Scrum Master / Project Manager for CrowdDoing's Nature Counter project will be responsible for facilitating agile ceremonies, grooming and maintaining the backlog, and helping the team achieve their sprint goals by reinforcing good Scrum principles and practices. They will also work to eliminate impediments and remove blockers, ensuring that the team can focus on achieving their objectives. To be successful in this role, the Scrum Master should have at least one year of Scrum Master experience leading a software development or engineering team, and should be certified in CSM or another Agile certification. They should also have hands-on experience with Agile tools, and have a strong understanding of Agile concepts and techniques. This role offers the opportunity to make a positive impact on public health by helping to promote the benefits of nature and encourage people to spend more time in nature. It also offers the chance to use and develop project management skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

    To be an effective Nature Counter project manager, the following skills and competencies are important:

    • English language: Strong knowledge of the English language, including grammar and spelling, is important for clear and effective communication with team members and stakeholders.

    • Customer and personal service: The ability to assess colleague needs and provide high-quality support is crucial for building strong relationships with collaborators and ensuring satisfaction of users with the Nature Counter application.

    • Computers and electronics: Familiarity with computer software, including programming and applications, is essential for managing and developing the Nature Counter application.

    • Administration and management: Strong skills in strategic planning, resource allocation, and leadership are important for managing the project effectively and ensuring that it stays on track.

    • Engineering and technology: Knowledge of engineering and technology principles and their practical applications is necessary for developing and maintaining the Nature Counter application.

    • Administrative: Strong skills in office procedures and systems, including word processing and file management, are necessary for managing project documents and information.

    • Telecommunications: Knowledge of telecommunications systems and their operation is important for communication and collaboration with team members and stakeholders.

    • Mathematics: Strong skills in mathematics, including arithmetic, algebra, and geometry, are important for data analysis and problem-solving related to the Nature Counter project.

    • Personnel and human resources: Familiarity with personnel recruitment, selection, training, and information systems is important for managing the team and ensuring that everyone has the necessary skills and resources to be successful.

    • Communications and media: Knowledge of media production, communication, and dissemination techniques is important for promoting the Nature Counter project and engaging with the community.
