    Description

    Funding & Partnerships Catalyst (Volunteer • Part-Time • Remote)

Do you want to help change the way the world understands emotions?

TEG-Blue™ is building emotional technology — a new, human-centered framework that can reshape education, healing, and even AI. What began as a solo survival project is now ready to grow into a collaborative initiative.

    About TEG-Blue

    • An open-access framework weaving together insights from 30+ peer-reviewed models in trauma, neuroscience, and systems thinking
    • Visual “Emotional Gradient” tools, field guides, and AI-ready datasets shared under CC BY-NC-SA
    • Pilots in preparation with applications in education, therapy, organizational design, and digital mental health

    The Volunteer Role

Right now, TEG-Blue is a solo project. With your help, it can become collaborative and sustainable. As the Funding & Partnerships Catalyst, you will:

    • Research and prepare grant proposals to secure initial funding
    • Build and nurture relationships with universities, NGOs, and health-tech platforms
    • Support the launch of pilot projects in 2025
    • Help track progress and share impact with allies and funders

    Who I Hope to Find

    • Someone motivated to bring new funding streams into a project that is just beginning to grow
    • Clear writing and communication skills (grantwriting or fundraising experience is helpful, but not required if you’re motivated to learn)
    • A genuine interest in emotional safety, trauma-informed care, or ethical approaches to human–AI collaboration
    • Reliability and follow-through — able to track deadlines and commitments with care
    • (Bonus) Familiarity with therapy, accountability practices, or personal healing work

    What You Gain

    • A chance to help shape an early-stage initiative with the potential for global impact
    • Co-author credit on research papers and public reports
    • Remote flexibility and a voice in our advisory circle
    • The opportunity to grow with the project — with a pathway to a paid role as funding is secured
    • A role for someone who doesn’t just want a “job,” but wants to help build something that could change how we understand and care for each other

    Commitment

~10 hrs/week for the first months while we search for funding. This is a volunteer role for now. As soon as resources are in place, the role will transition into a paid position, with hours and responsibilities redefined together.

    Instructions:

Thank you for taking the time to apply and share your thoughts with us.

TEG-Blue is still an early and fragile project, but it’s moving into a stage where collaboration and sustainability are possible. Your willingness to step forward means a lot.

    Here’s what happens next:

    • We’ll carefully read every application, not just skim for keywords.
    • If it feels like a good fit, we’ll invite you for an informal conversation to get to know each other better.
    • Please be patient with timing — as a solo founder, I may take longer to reply, but every message will be seen.

This project was born out of a deep need to understand what breaks us — and what can help us rebuild. If you’re here, it’s because you feel some part of that too. For that, I’m grateful.
