Adult & Family Programs Intern - Duluth, MN

Hours: 10-20 hours per month (Hybrid)

Location: Duluth, MN

The Angel Foundation is seeking a compassionate and organized intern to support our Adult & Family Programs in Duluth, Minnesota. This role is ideal for a student or emerging professional who is passionate about working directly with families impacted by cancer and wants to gain hands-on experience in nonprofit program delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Make phone calls to participants for program reminders and follow-ups
• Greet and check in patients and families at in-person Making Memories events
• Assist staff with event support as needed
• Document attendance and maintain accurate program records
• Provide a welcoming, supportive presence for families attending events

Qualifications:

• Must live in or near the Duluth area and be available for in-person events
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable engaging with families
• Interest in nonprofit, health, or human services work preferred

Commitment:

• 10-20 hours per month
• Schedule will vary depending on events, with most hours occurring evenings or weekends
