    Description

    Volunteers needed for Bike MS: Nation's Capital 2025! Work a rest stop and earn Double Service Hours

    Are you ready for an adventure? Bike MS: Nation's Capital is cycling event that will raise hundreds of thousands of dollars for people living with Multiple Sclerosis in Northern Virginia. Over 500 participants will ride up to 100 miles through rolling and scenic Fairfax and Loudoun counties.

    That's where you come in! Our cyclists need a lot of support during the weekend, and we need YOU to help us with:

    • Run a rest stop, which involves setting up tables, chairs, a pop up tent, and handing out snacks, sports drinks and water to the cyclists. We provide ALL supplies, drop and pick up.

    All volunteers will receive an official volunteer shirt and food during their shifts. After their shifts, volunteers are invited to the finish line celebration with food and music, among other perks.

    2 shifts available:

    • Standing, lifting, bending-rest stop/hydration station volunteers: Saturday September 13, 2025 - 06:45 to 11:45 EST
    • Rest Stop/Hydration Station volunteers. Standing, bending, lifting: Saturday September 13, 2025 - 11:45 to 16:15 EST
