    Ensure our software's excellence, spot inconsistencies, and elevate our mission's digital execution as our QA/Test Engineer.

    Location: Remote

    Duration: 6+ Months

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
    • Plan, create, and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy.
    • Conduct automated and manual tests to ensure the software created by developers fits its purpose.
    • Identify, track, and document thoroughly any bugs and inconsistencies.
    • Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
    • Create logs to document testing phases and defects.
    • Work closely with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.

    Desired Technical Proficiency:

    Even if you don't meet every qualification, but have some of these skills, please consider applying. Our collaborative team often complements individual expertise to bridge gaps.

    • Proven experience as a QA tester or similar role.
    • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing.
    • Test Management & Automation Tools: e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail
    • Programming/Scripting: Familiarity with languages commonly used in automation e.g., Python, Java.
    • Databases: Comfortable querying databases e.g., SQL, MongoDB.
