    Description

The Founding Leadership Team of Helping Educate Youth

Helping Educate Youth Inc. is launching with a bold mission: to build innovative educational programs that transform access, equity, and opportunity for high school students-especially those in under-resourced communities. As we prepare to launch our first flagship program, we are bringing together a purpose-driven Founding Leadership Team to help bring this vision to life.

This is a unique opportunity to serve in a 10-week volunteer leadership role that offers the chance to shape the trajectory of a growing organization from the ground up. Leaders will lead a key functional area-programs, development, branding, operations, or funding.

As a Founding Leader, you’ll gain:

    • Strategic Influence: A direct seat at the table shaping the structure, priorities, and public presence of a mission-driven nonprofit from day one
    • High-Level Visibility: Recognition as a founding leader across internal and external materials, including pitch decks, funder briefings, and the organization’s public-facing platforms
    • Legacy-Building Opportunity: The chance to co-lead the launch of a flagship program that will serve as a national model for youth innovation and leadership development
    • Priority for Paid Contracts: Strong consideration for a fully compensated leadership position upon successful funding
    • Social Impact Legacy: A meaningful opportunity to lead in a space that will directly impact the lives of underrepresented students and communities

We are seeking visionary builders, collaborative leaders, and self-starters who are excited to join a mission with real heart and ambitious goals. This is not just volunteering-it’s a leadership lab for the bold and committed.
