    MatchingDonors.com welcomes all volunteers for its opportunities, including individuals with F-1 status through Optional Practical Training (OPT) or Curricular Practical Training (CPT).

    You will be creating inventive AI features that are specifically for markerting MatchingDonors.com, and to get more patients needing transplants and potential organ donors to register on MatchingDonors.com. Also, to get more Real Estate, Cars, Boats, RV's, Planes, Stocks and Collectibles donated to Matchingdonors.com. Also, get more advertisers to our DailyDiabetesNews.com, DailyTransplantNews.com, and IrishDailyTransplantNews.com, and MatchingDonors.com websites.

    As a MatchingDonors.com AI Engineer, you will work closely with our marketing team and product managers to design algorithms that enhance our products and improve customer experiences. You’ll dive into a variety of projects that utilize machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics, allowing you to develop your skills and expertise. We believe in fostering an inclusive atmosphere where everyone’s voice is heard, and ideas can flourish.     Responsibilities

    Design and implement Artificial Intelligence machine learning models to solve real-world problems.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and provide technical expertise.

    Optimize and fine-tune existing AI models for better performance.

    Conduct data analysis to identify patterns and trends to inform model development.

    Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of AI systems and processes.

    Stay updated with the latest developments in AI technologies and methodologies.

    Support the deployment of AI models into production environments.

    Requirements

    Proven experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI-related projects.

    Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or C++.

    Familiarity with AI frameworks and libraries, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.

    Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

    Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
