    NAAAP New York is a non-profit, 501(c)(3), all-volunteer, Pan-Asian American professional organization that promotes the career advancement and leadership development of Asian American professionals in all fields through professional development, community service, and social events. We are the founding chapter of the National Association of Asian American Professionals (NAAAP), with a history dating back to 1982.

    About the role:

    The Vice President of Business Development is a senior position on the NAAAP New York Executive Team.The VP of Business Development is responsible for oversight and managing the Corporate Relations and Community Relations at NAAAP New York.

    As Vice President of Business Development, you will:

    • Executive leadership oversight for corporate and community partnerships
    • Establish the strategy and foundations for corporate and community partnerships
    • Lead and collaborate with other VPs to develop and execute goals
    • Integrate and coordinate efforts to create synergy between 2 core portfolios
    • Foster outreach and maintain relations where applicable to 2 core portfolios
    • Work with President, EVP and Director of Corporate Relations to establish and maintain corporate partnerships and sponsorship goals
    • Identify and establish potential membership benefits from corporate partners for membership program
    • Maintain corporate partnerships presence at NAAAP New York Programming
    • Coordinate NAAAP National programs applicable to local corporate partners
    • Identify and acquire partnerships with Community Relations and Foundations for grants
    • Identify and acquire donations from individual and institutional donors.
    • Report directly to President and EVP
