Once Inside the Kentucky Horse Park – How to Find Vendor Row

    1. At the Main Gate: Tell the staff you’re here for the “Glass Pumpkin Patch Fundraiser” or “Hagyard Midsouth Team Challenge.” They’ll direct you to parking near the show area.
    2. Parking: After entering, follow signs to the Competition Barn Area / Rolex Stadium / Hagyard Midsouth Eventing Show — all of these signs point toward the general event area.
    3. Walk to Vendor Row: Vendor Row runs along the stabling and competition arenas near the Covered Arena and Rolex Stadium. It’s an outdoor shopping walkway lined with vendor booths.
    4. Look for the Glass Pumpkins: The TRF Glass Pumpkin Patch booth will be clearly visible with banners and signs. It’s under a large tent, near other equestrian and art vendors.

    Quick Tips:

    • Allow extra time to park and walk; it’s a large venue with a lot happening.
    • There will be event signage and volunteers to help direct you.
    • If in doubt, ask any staff or volunteer for “Vendor Row” — it’s well known during events at the Park.
