    Opportunity Description:

    Would you like to use your filmmaking talent, creativity, and expertise to make a difference for underserved communities who do not have access to the arts, supporting our mission of empowering and inspiring youth-at-risk and under-served communities through music and dance? Inspired Sound Initiative is seeking a passionate filmmaker student located in the Los Angeles area to join our team in a voluntary capacity. Specifically you will be documenting our workshops, assemblies, and concerts and editing short clips out of the footage for our social media. You will also have the opportunity to work with wonderful musicians, including Yuval Ron, Oscar winning composer for the short film, West Bank Story.

    Responsibilities:

    • Create short one-minute videos that vividly showcase the charitable efforts of Inspired Sound Initiative.
    • Highlight how music and dance are used to empower and inspire youth-at-risk and under-served communities.
    • Collaborate with the Inspired Sound team to capture the essence of our organization's work in an engaging and compelling way.
    • Edit and enhance footage to create impactful, story-driven videos.

    Qualifications:

    • Proficiency in video production and editing software.
    • Strong storytelling and creative skills.
    • A passion for social causes and a desire to make a positive impact through your work.
