    Description

    Fort Collins No-Cost Market Intake Assistant

    This role will assist one of our FBLC staff members with checking in clients using our Link2Feed client software. This collection of information is critical for our funding, grants, and gap analysis to help evaluate the needs of our community. There is a Training Video and following quiz, as well as a Civil Rights Training with a signed certificate on file that needs to be completed before being able to sign up for this role. Our staff members will provide the training onsite prior to your first shift (ideally arriving 15 minutes early to complete this for your first shift).

    You usually will be doing a quick check in of our regular clients or staffing the USDA commodities station where a client needs to be checked in to receive their "Senior Box" or their TEFAP commodities for the month. If you have gained enough experience, then you will be signing up new clients with their detailed profile questions.

    You will need to be comfortable working in a warehouse environment.

    You will need to be customer service focused.

    2 shifts available:

    • 09:45 to 12:30 MST
    • 12:30 to 15:00 MST
