    Personal Shopper

    Overview:

    At Manna House, we believe every guest deserves to feel seen, respected, and empowered. As a Personal Shopper, you’ll provide one-on-one support to individuals as they select essential items from our clothing boutique. Your presence ensures a welcoming, dignified experience that honors their autonomy and humanity.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Greet and assist clients as they select clothing and accessories.

    - Offer guidance based on individual needs, preferences, and available inventory.

    - Create a safe, nonjudgmental environment that encourages client choice and respect.

    - Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming shopping area.

    - Replenish shelves and alert staff to low inventory or supply needs.

    - Communicate any client concerns or special requests to the supervisor.

    - Uphold confidentiality and treat all individuals with compassion and dignity.
