    Position Title: Interview Specialist

    Reports To: Human Resources Supervisor

    Job Summary:

    A job interview specialist helps organizations find the right candidates by conducting interviews, assessing qualifications, and guiding the hiring process. They screen resumes, conduct interviews (phone, video, or in-person), and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience. This role often involves developing interview questions, providing feedback, and ensuring compliance with hiring regulations. Will conduct Orientation (Every 2 weeks)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Sourcing and Screening: Reviewing applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates.
    • Conducting Interviews: Performing initial screenings (phone/video) and in-person interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
    • Interview Coordination: Scheduling interviews with hiring managers and other relevant team members.
    • Providing Feedback: Offering constructive feedback to interviewers on best practices and areas for improvement.
    • Ensuring Compliance: Maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations throughout the hiring process.
    • Maintaining Records: Keeping detailed records of interviews, feedback, and other relevant information.
    • Candidate Experience: Ensuring a positive and professional experience for all candidates.
    • Collaboration: Working closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders to understand staffing needs and selection criteria.
    • Metrics Tracking: Monitoring and analyzing key recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement.
    • Offer Negotiation: Participating in the negotiation of job offers and the onboarding process.
