    Volunteer Role: Administrative Support - Filing & Scanning

    Role Summary:

    Join our team in supporting the behind-the-scenes operations that help keep our food bank running smoothly! We’re seeking detail-oriented volunteers to assist with administrative tasks such as filing documents, scanning records, and organizing paperwork. Your support helps ensure our programs stay efficient and well-documented.

    Responsibilities:

    • File physical documents in designated folders and cabinets
    • Scan and digitize paper records using office equipment
    • Organize and label files for easy retrieval
    • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care

    Qualifications:

    • Comfortable using basic office equipment (scanner, copier, computer)
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and follow instructions
    • Commitment to our mission of fighting hunger in the community

    Training Provided: Yes

    Flexible Hours: Monday through Friday, between 7am - 2pm
