    Poetry Workshop Volunteer

    Duties of Volunteer : Take part in weekly poetry workshop on Wednesdays, 1:30-3:00 with shelter residents. Along with other volunteers and shelter residents, read published poetry and discuss. Then invited to write your own poetry. Qualifications: An interest in poetry but no formal writing skills needed. An interest in listening and empowering those who are homeless to write poetry. Days and times needed: Wednesdays, 1:30-3:00, however no need to attend the workshop every week!
