    Description

    5k Event Volunteer

    We need a team of energetic and dedicated volunteers to help make our Purple With Purpose 5K & Community Block Party a success! This event brings the community together to raise awareness for domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking while supporting survivors and their families.

    Volunteers can sign up for a shift (or more than one!) to serve in the following roles:

    • Setup Crew – Help us get ready for the big day by setting up tables, tents, signage, and water stations.
    • Registration & Check-In – Greet participants, hand out T-shirts and bibs, and make sure everyone is ready to run or walk.
    • Water Station Volunteers – Keep our runners and walkers refreshed by handing out water along the route.
    • Game & Activity Helpers – Bring the fun to the Community Block Party by helping with family-friendly games, activities, and giveaways.
    • Cleanup Crew – Assist with breaking down tents, packing supplies, and leaving the park better than we found it.
    • 💜 Whether you love early mornings, meeting new people, or bringing energy to community events, there’s a place for you on our volunteer team.
