    Be our Community Insights Assistant! Collect surveys, feedback, and stories that show the real impact of Helping & Healing. 3-5 hrs/week (virtual).

    Health Matters Clinic is seeking a Community Insights Assistant to collect the voices and feedback of our community. From pre-/post-tests to testimonials, you’ll capture the impact behind the numbers and help bring our data story to life.

    Your role will include:

    • Designing and managing pre-/post-tests for trainings and programs

    • Collecting surveys and community feedback at clinics and events

    • Compiling participant quotes and stories for reports

    • Ensuring surveys align with grant outcome requirements

    • Supporting the Impact & Data Lead with qualitative data for reports

    What we’re looking for:

    • Experience with survey tools (Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, Qualtrics)

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Interest in community engagement and evaluation

    • Organized and reliable in managing data collection

    • Able to commit 3-5 hrs/week for at least 6 months (1 year preferred)

    Skills We’re Looking For:

    • Experience with survey tools (Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, or Qualtrics)

    • Comfortable organizing data in Google Sheets/Excel

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collecting feedback

    • Ability to analyze both numbers and open-ended responses

    • Bonus: familiarity with program evaluation methods or public health research

    • Organized, detail-oriented, and committed to data accuracy

    Impact:

    As Evaluation & Survey Assistant, you’ll make sure the voices of the community are heard in every report - capturing the stories that complement our data and inspire our funders.

    Opportunities are hybrid, but all volunteers must be based in Los Angeles.
