    Are you looking for a meaningful way to give back? If so, we have an opportunity for you! We are seeking individuals to make prayer shawls, pillows, and quilts or blankets in patriotic theme. These tokens of appreciation will be given to our veteran patients in recognition of their service. This is one way that HealthPartners Hospice & Palliative Care pays tribute to our nation’s heroes.
