Volunteer Opportunity: Content Creator & Graphic Designer (Virtual, 2-4 hrs/week)

Because Organization, a nonprofit dedicated to anti-human trafficking awareness and survivor support, is seeking a Volunteer Content Creator & Graphic Designer to join our Social Media and Marketing Committee. This is a flexible, remote opportunity to make a meaningful impact by using your creative skills to raise awareness and support survivors.

Our mission is to restore hope and provide consistent, trauma-informed care for survivors of human trafficking. We raise awareness, provide survivor support, and advocate for sustainable, community-based solutions. As a 100% volunteer-powered nonprofit, we rely on dedicated individuals to help us grow our impact and reach.

In this role, you will help amplify our message through compelling, mission-driven visual content. Responsibilities include:

• Designing graphics and social media content using Canva

• Creating materials for public awareness campaigns and fundraising events

• Assisting with email newsletters, website visuals, and virtual event assets

• Supporting trauma-informed storytelling focused on education, hope, and advocacy

• Collaborating with a virtual team through tools like Teams, OneNote, Metricool, and Wix

• 2 to 4 hours per week

• 100% remote/virtual

• Flexible schedule with brief virtual check-ins

• Minimum suggested commitment: 3 months

• Make a direct contribution to anti-human trafficking awareness and survivor support
