About IM3:20

IM3:20 (Immeasurably More 3:20) is a Christian nonprofit dedicated to helping people navigate faith, healing, and identity in a broken world. Through our online platforms, podcast (*Not Yet Christian*), and mobile app, we provide mental health resources, spiritual encouragement, and community support to individuals who feel lost, stuck, or disconnected from God and themselves.

Our mission is rooted in Ephesians 3:20-we believe God can do immeasurably more than we ask or imagine, and we want to be part of helping people experience that truth through real conversations, practical resources, and life-giving content.

Who We're Looking For

We’re seeking a creative and mission-driven Volunteer Social Media Manager to help grow IM3:20’s online presence across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok. This person will help us connect with people in meaningful ways, share the heart behind our content, and expand the reach of our message and mental health support app.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Help plan and schedule weekly content for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube (using tools like Meta Business Suite or Later)

• Help create or repurpose graphics, video clips, and captions that align with our tone and message

• Engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and post interactions

• Monitor trends and find creative ways to participate in relevant challenges or audio trends (especially on Reels and Shorts)

• Help grow awareness of the *Not Yet Christian* podcast through post promotion and repurposing episodes

• Share information about our mental health support app in clear, encouraging ways

• Support monthly content themes tied to ministry campaigns, events, or seasonal needs

• Optional: help track basic engagement metrics and assist with strategy updates

Skills You’ll Use or Learn

• Social media marketing and community building

• Content creation using Canva or simple editing tools

• Platform scheduling tools (Meta Suite, etc.)

• Christian nonprofit communication and brand voice

• Team collaboration and digital planning tools (Google Drive, Sheets, etc.)

Remote or Hybrid Opportunity

This opportunity is mostly virtual (80%) and flexible. If you're based in the Pittsburgh area, occasional in-person planning or filming days may be available.

The Impact

You’ll be helping people find encouragement, identity, and tools for emotional and spiritual healing by bringing awareness to our digital resources. Every post or comment could be someone’s first step toward Christ-or their first encounter with hope in a difficult season.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

• Is aligned with the mission of IM3:20 and passionate about faith-based content

• Has an eye for content that connects and inspires

• Can write clearly and creatively for short-form captions

• Enjoys engaging with people and building digital community

• Is organized, consistent, and open to feedback

• Is familiar with (or willing to learn) tools like Canva, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.
