How Do Payments and Invoices Work?

 
Whenever you post a job, you'll be led through a page with billing information. You can select previously used billing information or add a new billing address.

Once you've selected your billing address, you will be taken to your Cart where you can select to pay by either credit card, check, or credits if your organization has credits available. Please note that until you select an option from this page, your listing will not be published.

You can pay invoices directly online via credit card. If you're already listed as the administrator of your organization on Idealist, start by going to your organization's Dashboard. You can get there by clicking your name at the top right corner of the page, and then selecting the name of your organization from the drop down list.

Navigate to "Invoices" from the left hand menu. You'll see a list of all invoices. Check the invoices you want to pay, then click the "Pay Selected Invoices" button beneath the list. We accept credit cards (MasterCard, Visa, and American Express) and checks.
