    This position can be remote (North America preferred).

    Responsibilities

    • Write and adapt short- to mid-form marketing content for email campaigns, social media, and landing pages
    • Partner with performance marketing and design teams to execute campaign assets on time and on brief
    • Contribute to email nurture sequences, landing page optimization, and campaign testing initiatives
    • Use AI tools thoughtfully to accelerate output while maintaining brand voice and accuracy
    • Proof, edit, and refine content for clarity, consistency, and performance alignment
    • Assist with supporting materials such as light case studies, blog refreshes, webinar decks, and one-pagers
    • Maintain content libraries, campaign calendars, and organized asset documentation
    • Monitor competitor messaging and suggest improvements or strategic adjustments

    Qualities of a Successful Candidate

    • Clear, concise writer with strong audience awareness
    • Detail-oriented and organized — able to manage high-volume deliverables without sacrificing quality
    • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally and receiving iterative feedback
    • Able to self-prioritize and manage deadlines independently
    • Curious and adaptable, especially when working with AI-assisted workflows

    Desired Qualifications

    • 1–3 years of marketing experience in a B2B, SaaS, or mission-driven environment
    • Demonstrated experience writing for email, social, and web campaigns
    • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot)
    • Experience collaborating with creative and performance marketing teams
    • Bonus: Familiarity with nonprofit, public sector, or civic engagement audiences

    Salary & Benefits

    Salary range: $55,000–$60,000 annually, commensurate with experience, with up to 10% bonus

    Our Hiring Process

    This position will remain open until filled; applications will be reviewed weekly. We are hiring one individual for this role.

    Selected candidates will be contacted by our Director of People Operations to schedule an initial screening, which may include providing writing samples.

    The first interview will be a virtual meeting with members of the Marketing team and the Director of People Operations.

    Those selected to move forward will participate in a second virtual interview with additional team members, including senior leadership.

    Depending on the competitiveness of the process, a final interview may be scheduled with our CEO or other key stakeholders.

    Target Start Date: March/April 2026
