    Description

    Urban Roots Farm is hiring a experienced produce farmer. We're looking for the best grower we can add to our team. We could really benefit from a new hire with skills and experience working at an effective vegetable production farm, and we think we provide a great environment and compensate as fairly as possible. Experience operating equipment and managing staff and growing practices required. Everyone with skills and experience growing produce deserves higher compensation, we will do our best.

    We are not taking applicants without seasons of work experience doing management responsibilities and operating equipment at this time.
