City Kiosk Manager

Overview:

Nate Mahoney Studio’s The Urbanist is seeking a Manager for its Kiosk in the San Francisco Union Square Muni Station.

However, this role is more than just managing kiosk operations; it’s about contributing to social impact by revitalizing downtown through goods, services, and community-building activities.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people and a desire to work in a dynamic startup environment with easy access to public transportation.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the kiosk.
• Develop strategies to build community.
• Engage with the community through events, walking tours, and activities.
• Coordinate inventory management and merchandising.
• Ensure excellent customer service standards are met.

• Proven experience as a retail manager or similar role.
