At Favoured Hospice, our mission is to redefine end-of-life care by setting new standards for comfort, dignity, and individualized support. We aim to be the leading provider of compassionate hospice services, ensuring that every individual receives the specialized medical care and emotional support they need. Our commitment is to enhance each individual’s final journey, making it as peaceful and meaningful as possible.
About Us
Volunteers are a vital part of our dedicated hospice team. By offering a few hours of their time a month, they bring peace, joy, and comfort to individuals navigating the last chapter of their life.
Service area: We serve patients throughout Minnesota wherever they consider home. This could be a long-term care center, assisted living, group home, private home, etc. Most of our current patients reside in Champlin, Ramsey, Plymouth, Minnetonka, Bloomington, and Monticello, but we are always continuing to grow and expand!
Time commitment/schedule: Flexible to your schedule! Visits can be made during the week or weekend.
