They will be adaptable, able to learn diverse domains and skill sets quickly on the job to support an evolving portfolio. Excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills will be necessary along with the ability to deploy them in both technical communication and stakeholder management, where tact and diplomacy will be as important as clarity and structure.

Peregrine is a public benefit corporation committed to creating social value in everything we do. We look for people who are passionate about data, eager to learn, and motivated to contribute to high-impact federal projects. Given the dynamic nature of our business, we value intellectual agility, growth mindset, and an extreme commitment to client service across a variety of roles and clients. If you are a self-starter with a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and a strong desire to learn and advance critical operational needs, we encourage you to apply.

    Responsibilities

    • Drive execution of stakeholder initiatives by translating strategies and action plans into exceptional outcomes.
    • Coordinate day-to-day implementation activities for stakeholder initiatives, surfacing and managing risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure deadlines are met.
    • Develop and refine documentation (including playbooks, FAQs, and training materials) and process flows that support consistent implementation across client organizations.
    • Maintain decision logs, process documentation, and other artifacts that support adoption, traceability, and auditability.
    • Create clear, visually engaging PowerPoint presentations, one-pagers, graphics, and dashboards to explain concepts, progress, and outcomes to leadership and other stakeholders.
    • Plan and support working groups, steering committees, and stakeholder meetings, including preparation of agendas, pre-reads, facilitation support, notes, and follow-ups.
    • Build strong, diplomatic working relationships with other teams, business owners, legal/policy partners, and other stakeholders to align on expectations and drive implementation.
    • Apply structured, analytical problem-solving to break down complex or ambiguous implementation challenges, analyze options, and support pragmatic solution design.
    • Support mapping of current-state data flows, ownership, and controls, and identify gaps and opportunities to improve governance practices.
    • Track adoption of policies and standards across business units and support remediation plans where gaps or inconsistencies exist. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to communicate and implement policies and procedures across the organization
    • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding project implementations

    Requirements

    • Execution-focused mindset to drive existing operational programs to completion
    • Highly adaptable with the ability to learn new skills, tools, and knowledge sets quickly and easily
    • Strong project management skills
    • Strong analytical capabilities and a structured approach to problem-solving, including framing issues, analyzing data, synthesizing practical recommendations, and delivering effective solutions.
    • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively through verbal, written (including technical writing), and visual (including clear PowerPoint presentations, visuals, and dashboards) mediums
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and diplomatic stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building productive relationships with diverse partners, including senior leaders and technical teams
